If the repair fails, we own it. If a new accident happens, that is a new visit — we will still help.
Warranty & repair terms
- All devices are tested before return
- Warranty covers repair-related faults only
- Physical or liquid damage after repair is excluded
- Liquid-damaged devices carry inherent risk
- Proof of ownership required for certain services
All repairs include a 6-month warranty covering parts and workmanship for the repair carried out.
The phone still works if you let Refix at it.
